New Gift From Chuck Hardwick Establishes Marketing Fellowship Endowment

Chuck Hardwick

Throughout an almost 40-year, high-level career at one of the nation’s largest multinational pharmaceutical companies, a successful political career as a New Jersey assembly man and an appointment by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani as a leader on the NYC Council on the Environment, Chuck Hardwick has remained loyal to his alma mater, Florida State University.

With his most recent gift to the College of Business, from which he graduated in 1962 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and in 1964 with an MBA, Hardwick has once again demonstrated his commitment to his university. His latest gift of $100,000 will create the Chuck Hardwick Fellowship in Marketing Endowment, which will help the college recruit top-quality students for its Master of Science in Marketing (MSM) program. In 2014, he made a $25,000 gift to establish the Chuck Hardwick Master of Science in Marketing Breakout Room in Legacy Hall, the college’s planned new building. He has also recently made a generous provision to FSU in his estate plan.
